General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Prasanthi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the ultrasound reports you have furnished, it states that your ovaries have polycystic in nature. This condition is called Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).
This condition would cause hormonal imbalance which would cause irregularities in menstruation and infertility temporarily.
It is a treatable disorder, which would require certain medications that would help to regularize your menstruation.
Once this is taken care of, it would improve the chances of getting pregnant. However, duration of treatment would vary and may take a little longer. Regular follow-up is necessary.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for proper work-up an management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
